Roula Freiha did a great job

On Friday, March 23rd myself and my soon to be daughter in law Sydney Spaulding came into Coggin Honda looking for a car for her. Roula met us and was very friendly and eager to help. We test drove three vehicles. Roula worked with our budget and we were able to come to terms and make the purchase. Roula was patient, personable and personally invested in the success of the sale. The worst experience ever

I went to this dealership and used my paid for car as a trade in. I was then advised by the dealership that the contact did not go thru and they wanted the car back. I then asked for my car back and was told that they had already sold my car. The dealership then tried to give me a check for 500 and I told them that would not be acceptable because I had a fully functional working car before coming to their dealership. I use my car for work purposes and cannot be without a car. I told them I wanted my car back. If the contract did not go through then they had no right selling my car. The dealership then came and took the car from my house and now has left me with no money or car. If I would have known I was going to end up with no car I would have never went to this dealership. I spoke with the GM Melvin and he told me that I'm not due anything not even the money that they sold my trade in for. I am highly disappointed and very frustrated with this dealership. I would expect something like this from a small dealership but not Coggin.

Turned my frown up side down.

Roula Freiha was great with assisting us in finding my daughter her first vehicle. We managed to turn a tough transaction into a happy sale for all parties. Thank you Roula for being so accommodating to our unique situation. I will be looking for a new vehicle soon as I can't let my daughter's car be nicer than mine.

Amazing Sales Service by Roula Freiha

Just WOW! I always go into dealers a little bit down and NOT at all waiting to speak with the sales team. They are normally "sharks" trying to sell you something no matter what, not listening to you and your needs. Roula Freiha changed this perception. Roula gave me an AWESOME service. She actually listened to me. She listened at WHAT I CAN AFFORD, and worked with me and my budget. She is amazing, she worked with us, showed us awesome cars and was actively try to find something that fitted OUR NEEDS. She listened, was courteous, made me laugh, was honest and did all possible within her means to earn our business. She is great. That day I bought a beautiful 2015 Honda Civic, which we will enjoy in our family for years to come. Thanks Roula! and thanks Coggin team for having employee like her!! Coggin will definitely be my dealer of choice in future purchases.

Outstanding Salesperson Raula Freiha

I had been searching for a 2017 Corvette Grand Sport for over a month. I came across one on line at Coggin called and spoke to a delightful salesperson Raula who over three days of negotiating over the phone worked hard to meet my terms and make the sale. I drve 200 miles to Jacksonville and was very pleased to find the new Vette even better than I expected. If you are looking for a new ride and want a salesperson that will work hard for you, ask for Roula. Rich

They sold our car while we went to bank

We came in to test drive a truck yesterday and loved it but the banks were closed on Sunday. We called during lunch today to make sure the truck was still available and we were told yes by Tre Moore, the employee we had spoken with the night before. We called again at 2:00 while we were on the way to the bank and were again told by Tre that yes the truck was there and that he would have the service process begun on the car so we could drive it off the lot and that he would be there when we came in to purchase. Less than an hour later when we arrived to purchase the truck, we were told that Tre was out sick and the truck had just been sold to someone else within the past 20 minutes. We had already refinanced a loan and paid over $2,000 to be able to drive that truck off the lot but we were unable to because an employee did not do his job correctly. Very upset.

Mr. Jeffrey Rudell

The sales lady, Porshia, was helpf finance manager was polite. But, a week later the car was priced significantly less, about $3000 less. Had I puisit I might have been paying too much.

I seldom write reviews but Raula deserves one!

Although happy with the car I had I needed an AWD. I found exactly what I was looking for online first and made an appointment to go in to Coggin Honda on Atlantic the next day. Everyone was courteous, helpful and polite, from the greeting at the door to final financing and I was driving away with the car I had been looking for just few hours later. Raula was exceptional. Be sure to ask for her if you go in.

So mad didn't even go in

Was shopping around for a 2017 Pilot. Did all my research and new EXACTLY what I wanted to get. Called to get a price quote, I had prices from ALL of the dealers within a 50 mile radius (they were pretty much all the same). Spoke to a salesman, Gino, and he refused to give me a quote over the phone or via email. When I asked who his manager was, HE HUNG UP ON ME!! I called back to speak to his manager and she defended his attitude...very frustrated. They said they would beat any offer by $500...too late lost my business forever. Went to another dealer two days later and bought Pilot...too bad Gino couldn't be better person and treat people with respect. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone. It's a very strong military community and I will definitely make sure to NOT recommend Coggin Honda of Jacksonville for ANYTHING!

Extremely satisfied

Three weeks ago I purchase a 2016 Certified Honda Accord from Coggin Honda in Jacksonville, FL. My experience with Joanna (my salesperson), Rodney (sales manager) and Kip (finance manager) was nothing short of incredible. Throughout negotiating to make the purchase work for both of us, they were extremely respectful. I heartily recommend Coggin Honda.
