I came early. They were ready to check me in immediately and I waited for the service. They checked for mileage maintenance and gave pricing for approval before the service was done. The place is always clean and you are notified when your vehicle is almost done and then They come and get you when it is done. Always friendly, courteous staff.

Very kind salesperson, met us at the door and gave us a fantastic frost look of their dealership! We bought a new truck! I?ll recommend them to others without reservation!

When I contacted this dealer, I really wasn?t sure if I wanted to buy the car so I told them that I would just come in and test drive the vehicle and see whether or not I liked it. The sales rep Andrew was so awesome. He actually sent me a video introducing himself and of the vehicle including the interior and all the features. He was very patient with me and understood the fact that I was a little frustrated with the car buying process. The team got me the best deal that I believe I could?ve gotten and also treated me with care and respect. I love the fact that the process was very seamless, very simple, and they didn?t hesitate to ensure that I was OK with a deal before I walked out the door. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who is living in Jacksonville and is looking for a car. Trust me I would go back to them 10 times over, not to mention they kept me inside the air condition and offered snacks and cold drinks the entire time because it was over 100� in Florida at the time when I purchased my vehicle, I only stepped out once to test drive the vehicle. Taking my Rogue in for an oil change was so easy! I booked the appointment online, drove into the service lane where I was warmly greeted and checked in with an auto consultant. I waited for a few minutes in the lovely customer waiting area, they had cold waters and snacks. I went to lunch while they worked on my car but it didn’t take long. The car consultant was so friendly and let me know when my car was ready, told me not to rush come pick up my car when I’m done with lunch. It was an easy checkout. What a great experience!
