very disappointed.

very disappointed. made deal for trade in with salesman, picked out new 2025 Nissan Kick. a few hours later came back with wife to sign papers and then was told sales manager wanted to re-evaluate my trade in and after driving it she changed deal we had for less money, then told us she wanted mechanic to look over car. Again this was after i had made deal with salesman. the sales manager was rude and very condescendiseniding towards my wife who ask why the deal was changed at last minute. the sales managers offered 3000 less than the deal we had made with no reason. we refused her deal and left your dealership only to but new car next day at Coggin Toyota across street with better trade in value for my vehicle. As far as we are concerned your sales manager cost you the sale of a 2025 Nissan Kick. we will tell everyone we know about how we were treated by your dealership and we will not recommend your dealership to anyone looking for new car

Took my 2023 Rogue in for a safety recall.

Took my 2023 Rogue in for a safety recall. They were supposed to remove the oil pan, inspect for metal shavings in order to determine if further repairs would be required, replace the gasket and fill with oil. Ran a computer diagnostic for who knows why and never addressed the safety recall. Contacted Nissan to have this resolved.

I came early.

I came early. They were ready to check me in immediately and I waited for the service. They checked for mileage maintenance and gave pricing for approval before the service was done. The place is always clean and you are notified when your vehicle is almost done and then They come and get you when it is done. Always friendly, courteous staff.
