Leith BMW was undergoing construction, so the site was understandably sub-par in the presentation of its vehicles- I'm sure this will undoubtedly improve once completed. This is the only reason I have rated the dealership 4 stars instead of 5. However, this did not dampen my overall experience in purchasing my certified pre-owned BMW! I worked with Kent Beard, who exhibited the utmost patience in answering all my questions and lent to a very pleasant experience. Kent was very knowledgeable and helpful and I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new or pre-owned BMW!

Knew I wanted something different...Kent took his time, walking us through the lot, showed us different models & newest options. His in-depth knowledge of how each model differs was impressive & huge help in making a decision. The x4 was perfect for me & never would have even known about it if he didn't point it out. I LOVE IT & so does everyone else who sees it! There aren't many out there on the road. We originally met Kent over a year ago when our search began. He was patient, knowledgeable, and quite experienced at showing off the features of the vehicles we were testing out. We had a lot of questions going into this and wanted to make sure that every feature on our required and wanted list was explained and demonstrated so that we felt confident in our purchase. After looking around at other manufactures, we came back a year later and Kent remembered us, knew right where we left off, and was able to find us the vehicle with all of the features we wanted. Owning a BMW had been my dream of 10 years. It finally got fulfilled a month back, thanks to Leith BMW. Kudos to Kent Beard for making everything, right from choosing the vehicle to getting the finance done to handing over the keys, so smooth and easy.
