Tim Warner and Eddie Vaughan were exceptional! Eddie did an outstanding job of presenting the updates in the 2021 Honda Odyssey Touring that I bought compared to the 2016 I had. Tim brought it into the price range I wanted. Jacky Hwang became very rude when I declined the extended warranty option. I nearly walked out.

New 2021 Honda Owner
My salesman, Elvin was absolutely amazing. He was patient yet helped guide me without pressuring a sale. He was polite and very courteous as we waited. The overall customer service at Leith Honda was amazing. The only recommendation that I have is to find a way to avoid so much back and forth of paperwork prior to going into finance to seal the deal. I felt bad for the salesman having to go back and forth so much. But this is def not a deal breaker for me to recommend or shop here again. I am in love with my new Honda.
