Wanted to look at my 2018 Honda CRV

Tim and Brett were both very helpful. Also the gentleman that I worked with in the Finance Department was very helpful also. So pleased with my 2019 Honda CRV

Best Price, worth the 80 mile commute

Josh Kennedy our salesperson is the reason we decided to make a repeated 80 mile trip to purchase our Odyssey. After experiencing the typical less than positive interactions with 3 dealerships closer to our home my family decided to drive all the way to north Raleigh to check out Leith. Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and showed a genuine interest in our need to buy a van for the family. He kept it positive and we never felt any pressure. We will recommend Josh to our friends in the future.

Excellent Service

The service was excellent! I went for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The customer service was amazing from start to finish. I would recommend bringing your car here. The prices are reasonable too!

On Time!

Everything was on time for my appointment for a regular oil change and tire rotation. Very helpful to have things on time - especially on a Saturday!

The financial admin (sign all the papers place) went to great lengths to inform us of how thee end of lease Honda inspection team went over the outside of the car to build up a turn in bill of up to and exceeding $5000 which was rather routine. He didnt use the word routine but the threat was real. He did mention that any ding, however small, would be counted and charged for repairs, even a door opening ding from somebody else in the parking lot.. The best solution according to him was insurance to mitigate the charges for whatever imperfection, however small, noted by the aggressive Honda inspection team. We reluctantly signed up for the insurance. A little later as we were getting a few vehicle capabilities ideas, we asked our Sales Rep, Porter Good (A great asset to your dealership) indicated the information we got from the financial guy was not accurate. Needless to say, we left with very bad impression of the financial settlement department of Leith Honda. Well be sure to mention to friends we would recommend Leith Honda to be aware of a less than truthful settlement guy. I believe his name was Jacky.

Bought our daughter’s first car (Civic).

Sean made the process of finding the car we wanted seamless. I will definitely recommend Leith to anybody looking for a new vehicle. The experience was quick and easy with no surprises. Sean exceeded my expectations.

I called the Honda Customer Service and asked about making a key. They stated I would have to pay $20.00 for the key. Didn't inform me of an appointment and gave the wrong amount for making a master key. In other words, they just got me off of the phone. I went to the dealer and when I arrived, without an appointment and was told the master key had to be order. So the young lady that assisted me gave me the price for the key and the appointment. No I didn't get a name of the man that gave me the information from the beginning. But when a lady is on the phone, people will tend to say anything. But i did get the key from the young lady that assisted me and she completed everything just fine. But a little disappointed in the phone call from the beginning of the process to replace a master key.
