Josh provided the best car buying experience I've ever had! He was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and worked with me to reach an acceptable price. Normally car salesman are somewhat sleazy, try to pressure you, or won't budge on price. Josh was the absolute opposite. He kept in touch with me while I waited for my insurance settlement and when the day came to purchase my car we were in and out in under two hours! I just wanted to take a moment to thank Alison for always making my car buying experience a great one. Four years ago I met her when I purchased a new Honda Civic touring. She took the time to make sure I get the right vehicle with all the options I was looking for. She followed up with me weekly on the status of when the vehicle would be ready for delivery. She is trustworthy, always available if you have any questions, goes out of her way to make sure you are happy with tour vehicle. She is my #1 salesperson for any type of vehicle. I reached out to her if she knew anyone at Land Rover and she referred me, also followed up with me to make sure how everything was going. She is my saleswoman for life!

Everyone from the greeter to the cashier was friendly. My inspection was completed before I could finish reading my email. Last but not least the popcorn is still GREAT!! Don't report me but I had TWO servings. Keep up the good work!!

|customer service was excellent. The car buying experience was a little long ( financial close-out, which included add-ons (glass coat, tire protection, ding repairs, etc.) totally exhausted me but the review of all these extra items makes for a care-free ownership of my Honda Accord.
