Lessie Johnson

I was scheduled to bring my 2011 Toyota Camry in for a regular oil change. The service representative was highly knowledgeable and courteous with his job. Service

The facilities are great. Went in for 60000 service, was advised that my tires were worn to the treat marker. I said ok for new tires. I was there from 2 P.M. to 5:10 P.M. Usually the car is washed when they finish their work, this time no car wash. I was surprised that it took over 3 hours to do this work.

Horrible!

I would have given them half a star but it wasn't an option. What a terrible group of people to even attempt to buy a car from. This had to be the worst experience I have ever had car shopping - ever! A bunch of scheming, underhanded and self-dealing individuals in the business of exploiting consumers at every possible turn. I would highly recommend that you go elsewhere.

Best Service at a Dealership!

I went in for a Toyota recall repair and was very surprised at how quickly I was done! The helpfulness of Michael Hickox, service advisor, was excellent. The waiting area was very comfortable and there was a snack bar available. It really was the best experience I ever had a dealership!

customer service

Jake, my service representative exceeded my expectations for servicing my vehicle ever time. Yesterday I was so tired missed placed my credit card. He assisted me in located in it. Mrs Barbara in customer service was so kind and assisted me in retrieving my coupon

In and out in 45 minutes

Quick service. Comfortable waiting area. Much better than the other big Toyota dealership in town! And I can see the work without standing in the weather. I may see more of that other gals tags around town, but I bet they all go to Coggin for service.
