Great Overall Service
Great service from beginning till leaving. Only suggestion would be to tie in some of the great TV marketing at the dealership especially since the Gingerbread Cookie TV marketing is fun.

Great Service, Small Wait Time
For Coggin Toyota, mine was a small service job, but as a senior citizen with limited income, it was very big to me. I needed an oil change, but my car takes the full synthetic oil, thus more expensive. I was thrilled that Coggin had a coupon deal that reduced that price approximately $40-$50. My splash guard was dragging which they fixed at no cost to me. Anna, my customer service representative, was very helpful and professional. I left the service bay feeling like I was driving a new car. I wouldn't consider buying a car anywhere but Coggin Toyota.

Service always great
Bought my car from them years ago and have taken it to them for service. The one time i went to another vendor for tires, they broke the tire sensor. So never again will i go anywhere else.

Toyota Camry 2013 second key missing and empty gas tank
I bought a used Toyota Camry 2013 on November 10th and they were very rush for everything because it was time for closing. They didn't disclose that second key is missing. I wouldn't buy the car on that price if I knew and seems like they deceived us. Also. they gave us a empty gas tank. I spoke with Brian yesterday and he said he will call me back on the same day and never heard from anyone. I called today and they are not helpful at all and diverting the situation here and there that I should talk to this or that person and hanged up on me. NEVER GO THERE. TOYOTA USA should take an action on this dealership that deceive the customers and do not disclose the vehicle details even customer asked several times that is there anything we need to know before buying.

Great, fast service
Went in to get my 10k maintenance and was helped quickly and the whole process took a little more than an hour. Had comfy chairs to sit in and a tv to watch so time went by fast.

Service Department
While the facilities in the service department were clean, I was not happy that I had to wait 1 hour, 45 minutes to my vehicle to be completed and the fact that every time I have a service, there is a problem with my bill. The plan was to leave my car, take the shuttle home and pick it up the next day. The shuttle was stuck in traffic and arrived 10 minutes before my car was finished, so I waited. The other problem is that I prepaid for services to my car (I think it is called Toyotacare). Every time I get my service done, I have to explain that I have this program and then it gets "fixed." I am glad that I am on top of things, but it is stressful that this happens every time.

Service
After complaining about the price of service and giving them a coupon they had sent me, it was like they were hesitant to apply it and went in slow motion. I was the only one checking out, took 15 min, then another 15 min for them to bring my truck around. Service was way over priced!
