They are total scammers. Had the vehicle repaired there and it was armature work. Didn't last more then a day. would not go there again.

i cant even make it to the lot, between dealing with Joanna Mathews the very rude csr on chat an the other one makes me not want to do business with them. i chatted for the last hour all she wants is my name an email an phone number, dont want to answer my questions so im ready to go when i get there. i know she just wants the sale . but first you need to sell before you get the sale. i cant get a clear answer on any question i am asking , if there is no credit check then tell me how much i need at least down, she cant answer that, what kind of insurance do i need, she cant answer this. are you open later Friday. i let her know i need a car Friday after work, asked what cars she had there, was told come look for myself . i been in sales for 9 years who the xxxx talks to potential customers like this. mind you i come with 2 other employees who also need cars for our positions. this a 3 car deal in one trip , we all qualify .. the rudeness was so real we will go to another place an i will let my boss know to stop sending his employee here to get they cars.

The reason why I haven't came in if I'm waiting on proof of paperwork to show U of M income I only have so much proof I get government checks every month I want to put a car down and so much cash down and make monthly payments

Cactus Jacks was a great buying experience. Our credit was not great due to a job loss and medical bills. We went to several places from big dealers to little shops and every where in between. They were the only ones willing to help us and listen to our needs and wants instead of just trying to put us in a car we could not afford. Ken S. Was very personable and made our buying experience pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.

when i was having financial problems from a divorce..these guys were great..got a nice reliable car with a low down at a reasonable payment...i enjoyed my experience..would highly recommend cactus jacks mesa.
