The people were nice and professional for the most part.

The people were nice and professional for the most part. The service was slow however. I scheduled an appointment, showed up 15 minutes early, and was still there for over 2 hours. On a Thursday afternoon. Other dealerships haven’t taken that long before, but maybe they were busy that day. Also, the front desk girl was polite at first and was still polite at checkout, but she didn’t tell me to have a good day. I said it first to her and she just responded with “you too”. As the customer, I should be the one hearing it first. This is the second time for service at this dealership this particular person has done this. She maybe just young and inexperienced. They also forgot to put a new sticker for when my next oil change would be due. Otherwise the overall experience was fine, just a few things need to be fine tuned.
