Outstanding customer service from Mr. Robert Hersh. I would like to mention that, Mr. Hersh saved me over $400 in repairs during my visit. He informed me that I had an extended warranty for service on my vehicle that I totally forgot about. Kudos to Mr. Hersh and Waldorf Honda!

My Waldorf Honda Service Consultant, Bernard Dixson, provided extremely professional and competent service continuing the reason that we take our business to Waldorf Honda! It is so refreshing the way Bernard explains and discusses each repair issue and associated solutions. This visit involved diagnostics that Bernard provided options with recommendations addressing warning lights we had been experiencing; that issue is repaired and we are very satisfied! Also, Bernard provided options addressing a cracked fog light; he has order required parts and he have it repaired at our next Waldorf visit. We have found a home for servicing our 2010 Honda CRV; please convey our thank you to Bernard!
