Easy to schedule my service on line, they followed up

Easy to schedule my service on line, they followed up with email and text confirmation of my appointment. A day before a reminder was sent to my phone. The day of service I arrived a few minutes ahead of my appointment and was promptly checked in. I waited for the service to be completed in a minimal but comfy waiting area, coffee is free. Upon the service being completed they went over a courtesy inspection, all was well and I was on my way. Vehicle was washed too ! Great experience.

When my car unfortunately died, I was faced with the choice of repair vs. buy new. With the number of miles on my car and other issues it had, I decided to go with something new. I worked with Scott Lessard and I couldn't be happier with the guidance and service he provided me! I highly recommend Lee Auto Malls!

After researching vehicles and deciding we wanted to test

After researching vehicles and deciding we wanted to test drive a few models, we went to Lee Honda in Auburn. We spoke with Scott Lessard, Vehicle Exchange Specialist. He was very knowledgeable, super friendly and not pushy at all. He listened to us, answered all our questions and even secured the vehicle we chose in the color we wanted from another location. Scott is amazing!! Sarah Pike, in the Finance Office was also very friendly and helpful, answering more questions as we proceeded with our purchase. This is the fourth vehicle our family has purchased thru the Lee Auto Dealerships and by far this recent purchase was the best experience we have had to date! We would highly recommend Lee Honda in Auburn and Scott Lessard.

After visiting several dealerships, I chose Lee because the person who helped me wasn’t pushy .Ryan Ross, was kind and helped me patiently find the car that was right for me. He answered all my questions, and even when his day was done, he called me after hours to make sure I knew he would help me. I was greatly impressed, and put at ease. That’s the way car buying should be. Not foolish tactics to get you to buy something you don’t want. Thank you. I hope Ryan succeeds and never changes.

Have known and interacted with LEE in various capacities

Have known and interacted with LEE in various capacities over the years. I have been pleased with their service. My wife and I recently purchased a new Honda with salesmen Scott Lessard and David Poisson. It was a few minutes before closing when we decided to run some numbers, and they were very patient and helpful. Would like to thank them for ensuring my wife could drive away in a new vehicle as late as it was that evening. Thank you LEE team.

Phil at Lee Honda was amazing! He heard my needs, got me right into a vehicle and entertained kiddo while I was doing paperwork work. My 4th vehicle from them and have loved every one and service is amazing!
