They performed exactly the work I asked for at a reasonable price. The video walkthrough showing fluid levels, filters, brakes, and tires was a great feature. When they discovered additional recommendations during the course of inspection, they sent me notification and let me decide how I wanted to address them. Like most dealerships, their pricing for some services like replacing air filters is definitely high, but they didn't try to pressure me into them or anything. So overall, it was a good experience.
