Incredible Buying Experience

I've bought more than 10 new cars over the course of my lifetime, and this was by far and away the best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Everything from our sales person, David knowing the answer to every single technical question we could dream up to the GM stopping by to get to know us to the Service department being quick, communicative and efficient during the inspection process was superlative. We will be doing our service and buying from Herb Chambers of Westborough from now on.

2020 Honda Pilot Purchase

The entire process was exceptional. All interactions with the Sales Manager, Salesmen and Finance Manager were professional. Each was kind, helpful and genuinely interested in making my car buying experience seamless.

Great sales experience

David is a kind and courteous salesman. He is respectful and does not put high pressure on you to buy a car. He was attentive to my needs and recommended a vehicle that perfectly suited me.

Best service at Herb Chambers Honda Westborough

I was extremely pleased with the quality of service at Herb Chambers Honda in Westborough. I went in for a routine oil change and my service coordinator Randy also let me know that there were two recall items that needed to be done. Randy was able to get both the oil change and recalls done by his team on the same visit. I was very happy that they were able to save me the time of a second trip. The dealership facilities are pristine and there is a comfortable area to wait while your car is serviced.

Great service, very polite and professional staff!

They fixed the problem with the radio and Sirius. After leaving had another issue, they told me to come right back, it was a quick fix, but they didnt have me make another appointment. I know it would had happened at another dealer, but not here. Im so thankful! No complaints here.

Experience with having my car in for service.

Brought my car in for servicing. I was early but they took it right away. I didn't have to wait long. Everything was explained to me in detail and my service person was friendly, professional and kept me updated on everything. Thanks for another great experience.
