Jim and Jesse were very accomodating to me and my family. They worked with us to find a vehicle that fit our needs, and then they offered a plan for our downpayment since I did not immediately have the money. I feel that they are passionate about their business and their customers. I highly recommend them for those with less than perfect credit.

Do not buy a car from this dealership I got rip off by James Perkins a salesmen of this dealership my wife was looking for a used car, he show her a car from 2000 Mr. James told my wife the car is great deal and is like new and do not have mechanical problem she love the car and she decide to buy it from him, my wife sign up the contract thinking she got a good deal at contrary she got rip off. he sold a 2000 used car for $ 20,000 with 30 percent of interest few weeks later the bumper start fall down the windows trouble to lower down and engine problems on top of that .I went to talk to him he give me a attitude like is a criminal like he don’t care about the customers . Finally I told my wife to return the car back as voluntary reposes because is too expensive to keep. We have to pay for the mechanical and the payments this use car. My advices don’t get a car from this dealership even from Mr. James Perkins

Jim and Jessie were by far the best car salesman i've come acrossed . They were super friendly and very much determined to get me into the car i wanted that SAME day . I appreciate and thank them so much ! I would definitely reccommend them to anyone. I love my new car and i thank Jim , Jessie and the entire First Coast Auto Sales Team.

I came to First Coast Auto Sales because I personally know 3 people who purchased cars from them and they were highly recommended. My experience there was nothing short of amazing! After being turned down so many times because of my credit they were the only ones to give me a chance, and for that I truly thank them! It was a great day at First Coast Auto Sales!!!!! I must say I've had my eye on this dealership since 2007. I've always dreamed of getting a car from here. I was first impressed by the the spread of various vehicles. I must say the staff are generous and all smiles. I surely felt welcomed. I at most thank the finance company, the manager and my salesman Jessie. Nobody else wanted to finance me or be honest about the inventory. Then I found FCOS. Jessie presented effective and innovative customer service. I was informed beyond measure of inventory, price deals, car facts and how choosing FCOS would tailor my every auto need. Man Jessie is great!!!! I want to say thank you FCOS, for my 2008 Hyundai Sonata!
