About our dealership

This seller has been on Cars.com since August 2009.
Edward W. Napleton opened his first automotive business in 1931 on Chicago's South Side. With a $700 loan a strong work ethic and a belief in common courtesy he opened the Napleton Buick Service Station. Francis Napleton Edward's son was by his side to help foster the growth of the young business in its early years.

Napleton's first dealership was a DeSoto franchise and when that brand was discontinued with little warning Napleton quickly aligned itself with another Chrysler nameplate Plymouth eventually being awarded several additional franchises. Edward and Francis both believed in hard work and exceptional customer service value

Margaret did a great job of having the car ready for me

Margaret did a great job of having the car ready for me (inside!) to review the car and she gave me as much time as I needed. She showed me features of the car as we did the test drive. She worked quickly but at my pace. She wasn’t pushy and let me go back to another dealership to test a different car before I made a decision. She made the whole process easy and helped organize financing and coordinating an open recall on the car with the BMW dealership. She made the process personal and relaxing. Great job!

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had.

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had. Margaret and the whole team are fantastic. Very patient and knowledgeable. The dealership took care of my needs and made sure all my questions were answered before walking out the door with my new vehicle. 10/10 will come back.

Rough beginning for sure, 1st not only was car not warmed

Rough beginning for sure, 1st not only was car not warmed up for appointment on 0 degree day, it wouldnt even start. A good saleperson would have ensured both. 2nd took over sale from someone else no real explanation why. 3rd no response post sale. Made sale the no follow up even when info requseted. If not for a one of a kind car and Connors assistance deal likely wouldnt have happened. Overall dealership seemed to be pretty decent, and willing to work with the customer. Maybe beter luck with a different sales person.

I recently purchased a 2022 Mercedes-Benz CLA 35 from Napleton’s Aston Martin Downers Grove, and I can confidently say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. My salesperson, Margaret Puzanowska, was absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and enjoyable. Buying a vehicle out of state initially had me a bit concerned, but Margaret completely put me at ease and made the entire experience fun, fast, and incredibly comfortable. By the end of the process, she truly felt like family, and I will absolutely be looking to purchase future vehicles with her. The finance department also exceeded all expectations. They secured me an exceptional interest rate that blew every other dealership out of the water — hands down the best financing option I was offered. Napleton’s clearly specializes in high-end, clean vehicles, and it shows. The quality and condition of my car were outstanding. GREAT dearlership, purchase a Grecale Trofeo while in

GREAT dearlership, purchase a Grecale Trofeo while in Florida, from video of the auto and they gave fair trade-in value for my Mercedes from pictures and CarFax. My grandson in Illinois made the physical trade of the autos and only stated how great the dearlership was to work with in test drive.
