I get multiple texts and calls a week from different

I get multiple texts and calls a week from different people at this service center. Asking if we want to trade in, asking to fill out a survey…it’s always someone different. After someone came out to update our vehicle following a recall, I again received texts and emails from different people asking me to fill out a survey reviewing the service agent but it was a different service agent that reached out. Too much outreach that is seemingly meaningless.

Ford diagnosed my escape with a $12k transmission

Ford diagnosed my escape with a $12k transmission replacement. Could not afford. Ordered a transmission and took it to a local repair shop for what was quoted as a $4500 repair. When the transmission arrived, I towed the escape to them, they checked the codes, ran it back to a bad battery/power supply and let me know the transmission has nothing wrong with it at all. New battery and it's been running great since. Stay away from Ford.

Spencer was very professional and attentive.

Spencer was very professional and attentive. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. I don't remember names, but all the other staff, including a Latino young man that was working with Spencer, were very friendly and professional, as well.

Everything went smoothly.

Everything went smoothly. Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick to respond to any questions and concerns. The waiting area had comfortable seats, as well as snacks and water available. An excellent first service for my new Elantra.
