We recently worked with Nye Motor Company to purchase two work vehicles for our company. The team at Nye Motors (Tom, Brian, Joel & Kim) were extremely professional and great to work with. As a busy company, we were in a time crunch when we went to pick up our vehicles, and the Nye team accommodated us by having everything ready to go when we arrived. Wonderful experience! From the moment I contacted this company, they were courteous, thorough, efficient, and professional! I personally worked with Brian who answered my many questions with expertise, patience, and speed! When I arrived at NYE, the employees did not pressure me at all and gave me plenty of room and time to test drive the vehicles I liked. They even stayed a bit after hours - nice customer service! In the end, I purchased an almost brand new vehicle (2016 Ford Focus w/ 14k miles) for an incredible price, including a very fair trade in for my old vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this company for used car buyers! Awesome job!!

We purchased a 2008 Saab yesterday . Nyes was the first dealership we stopped at and not wanting to make a hasty decision , we continued to visit a few other places . After some pushy salesman we went back to Nyes knowing this is where we wanted to give our buisiness too . The salesmen were so helpful , and most of all they weren't pushy .. even in 20 degree weather .. It didnt stop them from giving us great service . Thanks for a great car buying experience !

Today I purchased a 2014 Ford Escape for my wife from Tom K. He make the process very painless allowing me to take the vehicle to Lancaster for my wife to test drive it over her lunch time.
