When Donovan says he will make the buying process easy, he keeps his word. Ladies are you looking for a pre owned vehicle but afraid to walk into a dealership, because of pushie sales people. Not at this dealership. He took care of me from the very beginning and kept his word. He signed my husband at home. Personal services from dealership to my home , extra care in presentation of my vehicle,shiny and new. Love it! Had a problem with my car a couple of weeks later. But they made it right at my home. OMG These guys are fantastic! I was transfering from UHMC to UH Hilo and needed a car. I wanted a Jeep. But wasnt really in my price range. THESE GUYS, BRAH, LET ME TELL YOU! They made mybdreams come true! Jason and Shane! Wow, hammaz! Truly the easiest and most enjoyable part of my entire relocation process. They NEVER forced anything on me. When a problem or obsticle arose, they rose to the challenge and offered me multiple solutions everytime! They were upfront about my budget, helped me secure an interest rate of 2.2% financing, held my hand (figuratively) during my many mini break downs and all in all, they performed the most amazing magic trick ive ever seen, they pulled a 4WD Tangering Orange Jeep Wrangler Sport out of their hat!!! AND, even picked me up from the airport in Hilo with my Tanji-gurl (thats her name, the Jeep) after they had already closed and was like a welcome committee when we pulled up at the dealership! They even waited for my dog to go pee, and mind you, they had been closed for near an hour at this point. They were the epitome of ALOHA! IF THERE WERE 10 STARS, I'D GIVE THEM 11! Very nice waiting room while my truck is being serviced, clean well kept and complimentary coffee and water. If you don't want to wait, they have a drop off and pick service.
