Could not be happier with the truck I found at Gibson. The price was fair the buying experience was quick and painless. I looked at several other places that tacked on lots of money over the sticker price. The salesman who sold me the truck was Vince who was a genuinely great guy. He told me exactly what I was going to pay out the door before we sat down and ran my credit. I can honestly say I would buy here again and I will recommend Gibson to anyone I know who is looking for a truck.

One of the best vehicle purchasing experiences ever! Vince gave us a tour of the dealership to include the maintenance and car care policy from when they first receive a vehicle to the customer delivery end point. He educated us on a variety of vehicles helping us make a more informed decision. We purchased here knowing we would be taken care of. Vince and the Gibson team did not disappoint.

I purchased an almost new 2020 Ram 2500 4 x 4 truck from Gibson for 60K dollars for the sole purpose of pulling my camper. It came with tow mirrors with lights, but I found out later the lights did not work. I was never told they didn't work and now Gibson Truck refuses to correct the problem, saying the mirrors came with the truck and apparently their staff never checked them out. Once they had their money, I'm being treated like an unwanted stepchild and they don't care. Beware of hidden defects if you buy there, because you'll be on your own after the sale!

Awesome experience at Gibson Truck World! No haggling over prices, the sticker price is the price. Robert the salesman took the time to let me drive multiple trucks and took the time to find what I wanted.You can tell they take pride in the trucks they have. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had at dealership. I will be buying my next truck from them!

Visited Gibson on two occasions looking for a truck. After looking on line, I made the drive over to look one truck ended up purchasing another.
