I walked in not necessarily ready to buy but they had the

I walked in not necessarily ready to buy but they had the right car sitting there. And, as it turns out, they offered me the right price. Easy transaction. Thanks to Tariq for making the whole process pressure free and uncomplicated. Even Chloe in Finance didn’t give me the hard sell with the add ons. Even though Fields is 5 hours away, I’ll happily go to them for my next vehicle! Thanks!

Took car for service and to address a couple issues under

Took car for service and to address a couple issues under warranty. First AC always blowing from windshield defrost vents, they recalibrated the actuators and said couldn't duplicate issue after, so considered resolved. Next the common problem of bad smell from the AC, they said is not covered under warranty and that they could clean and sanitize the system for $310 total which I approved. When I get my bill, I have a charge of $249 for the first issue because they didn't find a problem, even though they say was resolved by recalibrating the actuators, then the $310.00 magically jumped to $398 all before taxes. So basically, I had a bill of $696.52 when I approved $310.00. Yes, I paid if not I had to walk home and by the way air still blowing from the wrong vents.
