Michael Burris, our sales representative, was knowledgable and friendly. He went above and beyond in making it possible for us to buy our CR-V Hybrid. At no time did he exert any pressure to make a sale. This is how a "buying a car experience" should be. We did not finance the purchase but were on the receiving end of trying to convince us to buy some level of warranty. (Disclosure: I have saved a lot of money buy not buying a warranty on anything. I have never regretted that decision).

The staff at the dealership were very professional.

The staff at the dealership were very professional. However the financial person Jose Puras was not. I had to contact him by phone to correct something on the registration that was wrong. He did not take any information down and then dismissed me. I later went down to the dealer to complain about him

In the market for a new car and not sure what I wanted.

In the market for a new car and not sure what I wanted. Shopped online looking at may another Honda Ridgeline. Dropped by Southeastern Honda to look at new ones but wasn't that enthused. The sales man introduced me to the Honda Passport quite a diversion from the Ridgeline. I liked it, but didn't want to buy new. Their preowned lot had a few and I made a new trip to see them. I met Brian Radcliff who walked me through what they had. He was courteous and a good listener, did not pressure me for a sale. After a few days I returned to the lot to take a serious look at one of their certified preowned Passports. Traded my Ridgeline that day and am now the proud owner of a 2023 Passport. Brian noted a crack in the windshield and they agreed to fix it. A few days later one of their glass guys came to my home and shared the glass had already been previously repaired and they could do nothing further with the glass. I thought I would be buying a new windshield right after buying my used car, however Southeastern Honda agreed to install a new windshield which they have all from my home. Now I am even more proud of my new Honda and thankful for Southeastern Honda doing the best thing. Thank you.
