The dealership in Melbourne didn't care that we had a problem. They would not even allow us to stop by to have the computer to check. When we called you Rob said "you come by and we will fit you in and get you back on the road." Your entire staff knows how to treat people. They made us feel cared for. We were on the way to meet our grandkids for a week. Your staff said "we will get you on the road even if we have to stay late????". That is real care and concern. Thank you and God Bless you all.

Well it was an experience being there for 4 hours for software updates on my new jeep purchased alittle over 2 weeks ago. I want to say how Craig took care of me and told he how sorry that it took so long that each update was an hour long,I could have used some coffee though when I got there at 830 but was not sure where it was at and no one really asked until 2 and a half hours later but oh well over all it was an experience.
