The Service Dept is the best I ever delt with , great staff!

Jeep Wrangler Service Experience

First time using dealership for my Jeep service. Total process from making appointment until completion of service was excellent. Service Tech, Craig, kept me in the loop on what was going on and stayed till shortly after scheduled closing hours so I could pick up the vehicle. Totally happy with the service process. Will become my regular location for service now that we're settled in Melbourne. Thanks.

2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Warranty Repair

Very pleased with the service and and experience. I took my used vehicle that I just purchased in for warranty work and they treated me with great customer service.

Recent purchase and service

Purchasing a vehicle is an experience some of us do not want to go through due to the pressure and stress of the dealership. My experience was just the opposite. Ed Hennessey and Brian took care of me and believe it or not, it was a pleasure working with both of them. The whole process was streamlined to a point of not hanging out at the dealership all day. We did it less than an hour. I have bought many cars in the past but this was enjoyable. I also had some service on the new purchase and that also went very well and they are fast! I have recommended the dealership to other MOPAR car enthusiasts telling them about the dealership and service. What I had noticed the most was a wide variety of vehicles which I did not see at my last dealership. Keep up the great work and service. Thank you

AMAZING PEOPLE!!!

Bobby was ready to help and sell us a car no matter what it took! Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable!! I had a not so smooth experience at the Boniface in Melbourne so was skeptical about these guys. So glad I gave them a chance. The GM Mark was also incredible!! Would totally recommend Boniface in Merrit Island to anyone looking for a smooth buying experience and a great deal!!!

oil change & recall service

all scheduled work was accomplished in less than two hours, and I was able to purchase a pink Jeep baseball cap for my wife in the Boniface Hiers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM parts department

Superior Upper Management

Tommy the salesman was very helpful and professional. However, we had a situation in which he made a mistake and identified the engine size as a 2.4 instead of a 2.0. I did not recognize this until after i returned home after the purchase. The next day, the sales manager, Gordon, immediately addressed this situation in which Tommy owned up to his mistake and i was impressed by that. As a result, Gordon made an adjustment on the vehicle price. I feel that this is a dealership that i would do business with again in the future based on how they can take a problem and find a solution. I am thankful Carl John recommended me to do business with this dealership as he has been servicing my dear friend Mark Fontaine for many years. One thing i would like to point out as we financed a portion of this vehicle for my daughter to develop credit, that anyone that served our country that has USAA should be informed that they might be able to help them in the financing their car at a rate our veterans deserve. AMAZING!!

Anthony Wagner, Juan, Patrick and Brian were awesome through my jeep buying experience.. They made it very enjoyable and smooth.. I was in and out in no time and made me feel very welcomed.

Best Customer Service Ever!!!!

From Kirk, our salesman, Gordon, the Sales Manager and the Finance Department, we had the best customer service. Being in the customer service industry myself, I certainly recognize diligence, persistence and hard work to "Get The Job Done". We had a delicate situation, and we needed the expertise of the professionals that knew their business. We certainly found it @ Boniface Hiers.
