Attendants were nice and helpful, no complaints there! But! They left my driver-side window rolled all the way down on a rainy day. I lucked out and didn't get the inside of the car rained on, but c'mon. Seriously?

Sergio was a great guy.
Sergio was a great guy. Waiting area is nice, clean and comfortable. I still have a problem trying to understand why it should take 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change and rotate the tires. Especially since I always make an appointment. I would hate to think how long I would be waiting if I didn't make an appointment.
