Very professional dealership that made our remote purchase (sight unseen) a very pleasant one! Max was very knowledgeable and responsive, including after full payment was made. Working with a business like this, is truly refreshing and is the epitome of executing a wholesome transaction! Ownership deserves some recognition, as Max never backtracked on any commitment and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. No requests for additional charges or surprise omissions. In fact, Max saved us money on the transport cost. Wow, a 6 Star performance. Presidential is one of the finest auto dealerships I have dealt with. First class, personal and courteous service. Marc is a great guy who loves cars. I felt I was being dealt with honestly the whole time-right before shipping he noticed some wheel rash and had the wheels done at his expense. Bottom line, I got a GREAT car at a fair market price.

I called Jimmy to help me find a car as I was referred to him by a friend. His response was excellent and prompt. He found the exact car I wanted at a much better price than the dealers offered. I stopped in to Presidential Auto Sales because ANOTHER dealership failed to follow through on correcting damages neglectfully done to my car's interior while being serviced by them. Since it was a leased vehicle, I would have to pay thousands at the end of the lease. This was unacceptable to me, so I wanted to trade out for a different car. I had looked at many SUV's, but was unsure about my choice. Marc listened to my likes/wants/dislikes and suggested a particular vehicle. It was perfect, used, one owner, low mileage and loaded with everything I was seeking. Presidential offered me a very fair price AND took my lease in trade, as-is! There are so many reasons to do business here: the building and all personnel practice safety guidelines (Covid- 19), Marc is knowledgeable and patient - never rushing, the family-owned and operated business makes for a personal and meaningful buying experience suiting the individual's needs and the sales person went above and beyond to assist me in my decision-making. I have called him with questions and requests several times and he is always polite, professional and responsive. My family has always been in the car or RV business and Presidential treats you as if you were their family. I will never go to another dealership, and if they don't have what you want, they will find it for you; you can get everything and more than the name-brand car dealers.

These guys rock, Marc is easy to deal with and totally open and trustworthy! They described the Ferrari I purchased honestly before I drove three hours to look at and ultimately purchase the car.
