Make my life miserable, i get in my trade in car by October /09/2025 and had to wait until October/31/2025 to get paid off. Plus got a jeep gladiator rubicon with a sensor and a scratch on the doors. Worst experience in my life. They sold me a vehicle that was damaged before i buy it. Right now my new car is at the dealership shop since the October/24/3025 also shop said was going to be done by Monday October/27/2025 and today is October/29/2025 and still don’t have notice of what’s going on with my car. All that happened after I purchased it by October/9/2025 after leaving the dealership 14 miles away the check engine light came on! I called the sales person and let him now! I went the same day i buy it the check it and they only turned off the engine light instead of scanning to see what was going on! Who seles a new car with issues? Even the sales person told me about the issue of that engine light that turned on few days before i buy it. I’m very disappointed of this experience. At least the lady in finance department send the paid off because i insisted alot, no body will damage my credit score after i have worked so hard to have an exelent credit score today.financing person was never honest with me that says alot of people, i’m not going to mention names here it’s not worth it. I only expect they learn to be honest with clients. I have more to say but I’m going to leave it up to here.

Steven Anderson was phenomenal and very professional. He continues to check up on me and the new vehicle I purchased. This is my first time buying at this dealer, and because of him, I’ll buy in the future from him and send whoever I can to him for a vehicle.

This was basically an online sale. Kevin did a great job. I was a bit frustrated with the dealer options that had to be purchased. Also with the financing I had been told you would match and or beat my financing numbers and instead came back with a bigger rate. Not cool. It was resolved in my favor but I shouldn’t have had to deal with that.

Kobe was patient, kind, and very knowledgeable! He took his time to explain all the features and benefits of our new Jeep! He never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured to make a decision. Thank you, Kobe!
