Bought at Regal before and it was always open &

Bought at Regal before and it was always open & revealing. They would openly point out dings or problems so we could make a good decision. I do realize they are not obligated to do that. So, I realize this was my fault. Two problems we missed. The dash board was all cracked, and there's a problem with the brakes. But I was toldseveral times, IT'S sold AS IS. BUT I DIDN'T KNOW WHAT AS IS WAS. we will not be buying at Regal again or recommending it.

It was an ok experience however I did not like paperless

It was an ok experience however I did not like paperless financing. No one explained the documents I electronically signed and also the amount that was financed wasn’t broke down. I had to call back and ask why the amount on the website wasn’t listed in the contract. Otherwise everyone I dealt with was pleasant and I would still go back if I needed another vehicle.

The dealers treated me good as a Veteran and they helped

The dealers treated me good as a Veteran and they helped me sign the forms electronically from my home. They delivered my 2025 Honda CR-V EX-L to my driveway. I like the leather seats and remote engine start. Cristian, Thomas and Austin I give 10 stars.
