I was in for scheduled maintenance to my car.

I was in for scheduled maintenance to my car. I waited five (5) hours for the work to be completed. Kinda. The liaison between me and the technicians forgot me. No aplogies, just whining about “I’m handling many cases”. Dude it won’t happen again.

I must say Nate was a very persistent little fellow and I

I must say Nate was a very persistent little fellow and I loved how he took care of me as a customer. He wasn’t too pushy and he listen and understood the assignment. I will definitely be coming back to him when I’m ready for my jeep. Thank you Nate and your team and BTW the popsicles was my idea. Lol

Not very happy overall.

Not very happy overall. Used vehicle had issues within days. Trade in vehicle not paid off even though its been almost 4 weeks. Financial guy not responsive when calling to ask questions, never got a call back after leaving a voicemail.

Picked up 2022 Honda Ridgeline brakes head chatter pads

Picked up 2022 Honda Ridgeline brakes head chatter pads were very good, but the rotors were glazed and contaminated. I had to put new rotors and new pads on all four wheels. Also, the brake fluid was old dark. Needed to bleed those as well. Pretty disappointed don’t get me wrong. They were with specs, but they did not perform well.
