⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review for Albert Darby & Fields BMW Lakeland If you’re looking for a Service Advisor who treats you like family and guards your interests like a seasoned defender, then let me introduce you to Mr. Albert Darby at Fields BMW Lakeland. Albert has this uncanny ability to always be exactly where I need him — no matter how early I show up. I’m convinced he either sleeps in the service bay or has a cot tucked behind the counter, because he’s always there, greeting me with that calm, professional confidence that says, “Don’t worry, I’ve got your back.” And he does. Every single time. One of the things I appreciate most is how he knows precisely how long a job should take. He doesn’t let anything slip past him. If something runs long, he’s already on it. If something finishes early, he’s the first to let me know. It’s like having a personal service bodyguard — watching the clock, the details, and the whole operation so I don’t have to. This last visit, my BMW had been sitting under a blanket of Florida pollen thick enough to start its own ecosystem. When I came back to pick it up, I nearly walked past it — because it was spotless. Gleaming. The kind of shine where you see your reflection in the side panel and think, Well now, that’s a handsome fellow right there. Smooth lines, mirror finish, the whole nine yards. And let me not forget the wonderful young woman at checkout — friendly, efficient, and helpful. She makes the final step of the visit just as pleasant as the first. I’ve been walking into dealerships for over 50 years, and I can say without hesitation that Fields BMW Lakeland treats me better than any dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Every visit is consistent: professional, courteous, and genuinely caring. They had my car on Thursday at 8:30 am. They never even put it on the rack to look at it until Friday at 3 pm and when they did they didn’t look at what I put it in there for. Didn’t get my car back until Monday. What was the point in making an appointment Also. Brought it in for passenger side seat heater not working like drivers side. It has a 10 degree difference and they said nothing is wrong and wouldn’t do anything about it. You can’t even tell the heater is on at all!! Not happy at all with either the dealership or BMW directly. Either way no excuse for not working on my car the day I brought it in!

I bought my new BMW on Dec. 26th, 2025, yes the day after Christmas! Joe Roth, our salesman, couldn’t have been more kind, helpful and courteous! It was a painless experience which usually is not buying a new vehicle! Thank you so much Joe and Field’s for making it a pleasant experience!
