Took the time to really listen to what we wanted and did not try to sell us something we did need.

Told it would take about two hours for the required service. Expected this and started the wait. It would turn out to be much less! During car inspection, it was noticed that piece of steel was in the tire. Had to replace. Oh, well. When I went to pay my bill it came to mind that I had a tire warranty for hazards. Asked if it would be covered? There was no issue here they said let us research. I could not wait. A couple of hours later called me back to say it was covered. No games played here they took care of the customer with a blink of the eye. This car has pretty much been serviced at the dealer since I obtained it 34 months ago. They have not played any games and have always been up front an honest with what needed to be done. They are reliable and trustworthy...something missing at many dealerships. The person who sold me my car is always about and will talk with you without trying to sell you a car. Small dealership that I highly recommend. The only thing this dealership needs to do is fix the Dyson hand dryer in the men's bathroom. It has not been working for three years. Take it out or fix it!
