This dealership tried to scam me into trading my vehicle

This dealership tried to scam me into trading my vehicle for a lower amount then it was worth by grossly exaggerating the cost of the repair for my vehicle in order to tempt me into trading it in for a new vehicle on their lot!

The service department needs to give more communication

The service department needs to give more communication when they are servicing your car. They had our car for 14 days and we had to beg them to give us updates.

Trade-in value was generous and the original quote was fair, so there was no need to haggle and spend extra time negotiating. Aaron had everything ready before we even showed up, with only very short notice. Great experience!

Lindsay King went out of her way to take care of our

Lindsay King went out of her way to take care of our needs. They pulled two vehicles off the showroom floor for us to test drive and we chose one. Mike was very good on helping us to sign and Jason came over to thank us.
