I kiddingly told my salesperson Chip Horsley “if you can get me in a new vehicle with comparable amenities without my payments going up, I will buy a car from you!” And lo-and-behold, he made it happen!! I am now the proud owner of a 2019 GMC Acadia with everything I had in my previous vehicle AND MORE!! The thing I missed the most from a previous car was my dual sunroofs, and thanks to Chip, I now have them back! I am loving driving this car! Now, as for the rest of the car buying experience- I cannot say enough good about this process at Devan Lowe! The finance department (both Marty and Greg) were outstanding, there was never any pressure and they explained things better than I have ever experienced before-I truly felt they had my best interest at heart! I didn’t feel like just another dollar to them. I got a much better rate than I had before and amazingly my payments stayed the same! They did not try to haggle me to spend more. I felt that everyone I worked with actually listened to my wants, concerns, and my limits and executed on their end to make me happy.
