wonderful experience everyone there was very helpful Jerry Teague my salesman spent a lot of time explaining the details of my new car and has checked up with me several times to see if I needed anything or had any questions and if I did he took the time to answer them I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a car its a great dealership with a wonderful staff of sales people and service people I will go there for my next vehicle when I am ready to buy.

Outstanding Customer Service
We just purchased a new GMC Canyon SLT from Devan Lowe. Our salesman, Jerry Teague gave us the highest level of customer service and succeeded in turning what is typically a stressful experience into a stress free one. Easy purchase
I usually don't like dealing with car dealers but when we found the Acadia we wanted we contacted Rick in sales and come by for a test drive and everything went smooth. There was no high pressure and no hidden fees during the buying process. Would recommend devan lowe and rick in sales!

Just purchased my second Encore from Devan Lowe. Find them very friendly and easy to deal with. Would recommend Jerry Teague, sales and all the office personnel to any of my friends. I actually had gone to get the oil changed in the car I traded. Very happy with the help they gave me and love my new car.

Repeat Customer-Best Price and Customer Service!
I have just leased my 2nd new GMC Terrain from Devan Lowe, and I am extremely pleased with the deal and service I received on both occasions. Two years ago, GM was running a lease promotion on the Terrain, and I contacted 4 dealers in the vicinity via email to get their best price after incorporating taxes and fees as well as some GM credit card points I had earned into the lease price. One dealer had no clue what they were doing, quoted a monthly lease amount $50 over the nationally advertised price, and incorrectly told me I couldn't use all my GM card points. The other three dealers were within $5-$10 of each other on the monthly payment with Devan Lowe being the lowest. The thing that set Devan Lowe apart though was their customer service. They responded to my requests timely while the other dealers took 1-3 days to respond to an email. When I did make the deal, my salesperson, Rick Coffman, bent over backward to make everything go smoothly. I live in Hoover, AL, which is a little over an hour away, and since I was getting the Terrain as a second car, didn't have a way to drive up there and drive two cars back on a weekday. Rick delivered the Terrain to my doorstep and we signed all the paperwork in my living room. When the lease expired on my 2015 Terrain, I was in the market for a lease on another new Terrain. Mr. Coffman contacted me in Sept/Oct reminding me that my lease was expiring and offering his services to help with a new vehicle. When I told him I would be looking in January, he left me alone until mid-January and did not hound me. I did stop and look at the new Terrain at a Birmingham area dealer in mid-December. I stood on the lot at least 20 minutes before anyone greeted me (actually a Buick salesperson I knew finally saw me and had to go get a GMC salesman). I told the salesman that I would be interested in leasing a new Terrain at the end of January and gave him my contact information. I did not hear anything back from the Birmingham dealer-not even a "thanks for stopping by"-until I sent them an email requesting a quote in mid-January. I took the same approach of getting quotes via email from Devan Lowe and the Birmingham dealer. Mr. Coffman responded to me the same day within an hour or two of my email. The Birmingham dealer took 24-48 hours to respond, and when they did, their offer was $35 per month more with almost $400 more down. Since my lease did not expire until month-end, it was about a week and a half before I took delivery of the new Terrain from Devan Lowe. The day before I was to take delivery, I got an email from the Birmingham dealer with a revised offer. Their revised offer was still $150 more that Devan Lowe's initial and only offer over the life of the lease. I picked up my new 2017 Terrain from Devan Lowe last week--everything done via the Internet. Again, I am very happy with the deal and customer service and would gladly buy from them again as well as send my friends there!

Exceptional Customer Service
Jerry Teague and the entire Devan Lowe staff were awesome. The entire process from Jerry remembering the type of car my husband and I were looking for , the trade in process through the final paperwork was exceptional. My husband told Jerry several months ago what type of vehicle we wanted to purchase and him following through with the call was the best customer experience I've encountered in a very long time at a dealership.
