Bondy Toyota made it right
Our salesman, Mike Jones, was fantastic. We spoke with someone else originally and did not have a good experience. Mike called and helped us find what worked best for us and handled the situation with integrity. If you are shopping for a vehicle, ask for Mike!!

Bait and switch
Very disappointed in choices made by this dealership. We purchased a vehicle from them previously but won’t be back. They did a little bait and switch on us today. 😢

Excellent, no hassle buying experience.
We have bought 2 vehicles now from Gary Pollard, "The Fist Pump Guy," at Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise and have been extremely pleased with Gary both times. We never felted rushed and Gary was great to answer any questions we had. We would definitely ask for him again. Chris Kramer helped us with the completion of our paperwork and was also very friendly, patient and professional. We couldn't be happier with our sales experience or with our vehicles!

Failure to comply with repair in sales agreement
Agreed to replace interior front door handles almost a yr ago, have called to remind them many times, also found a trunk full of water after they had detailed it before driving off the lot. Didnt notice until after we got home, 2 1/2 hrs away. Later found car had a bad leak around rear lights & trunk & floorboards stayed wet, found mold/mildew all under flooring cover on trunk lid. We found leak & fixed but they still have failed to order & replace door handles.

2014 Used Purchase
We caught Devon 15 minutes before Friday night closing, and without hesitation or reservation, he provided the keys to our vehicle of interest, and invited us to take it for a ride. Saturday morning we returned and test drove again, subsequently making the purchase. Negotiating for an acceptable price was straight forward, no back and forth, no stress. Easily the most relaxing car buying experience we have encountered. Devon was very patient, friendly, courteous and professional. Chris Kramer was equally friendly, courteous, and professional. Very efficient with his NCIS, projection style, computer desk top! No complaints.

Buying a new RAV4
My husband and I traded our 2013 Prius for a 2018 RAV4 and we had a great experience! From our salesman Chris Johnson we got expert knowledge of the vehicle. Mike Williams gave us a great deal on our Prius and Kevin Woodall helped us with all the financing. This is our 5th vehicle from Bondy’s Thanks from the Sims family!

They don't get any better than Bondy's & "The Fist Pump Guy"
We recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry from Gary "The Fist Pump Guy" Pollard at Bondy's Toyota in Enterprise. This is now the 3rd car we've bought from them, and each experience has been hassle free, and dare I say enjoyable. From the General Sales Manager Jonathan Sewell, to the Business Manger Kevin Woodall, everyone was very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Gary's motto is "Selling cars the right way, because it's the only way I know how." For some salesmen, those would just be fancy words that sound good, but they wouldn't be grounded in reality - but we saw first-hand that Gary lives them out. I HIGHLY recommend Gary Pollard and Bondy's Toyota Enterprise!

CAR LEAKING OIL AFTER OIL CHANGE!
I'm a regular customer, and have been for years. I go in for my recent annual oil change and inspection as usual. Later on after waiting in the waiting room, I’m told by service advisor Christopher William Leckie there's an oil leak in my vehicle. The oil change was done by the mechanic Demarco Braden of Toyota who shows me the leak shortly after I was informed. The leak didn't look that bad at the time, so I didn't think too much of it. However, about a month later the oil leak gets worse, and is now leaving noticeable random spots everywhere I park which tells me that something could have possibly went wrong during the oil change for the simple fact that my car was NOT leaking oil like this prior to the service done to it by Toyota. To be fair of the situation, I take my vehicle to another trusting auto shop and mechanic for a second opinion. They discover the bad oil leak is coming from the timing cover, and they feel that the only way that could have happened is if Toyota possibly put the wrong oil in my car. I go back to Toyota and speak with the service manager Terri Denney to have it looked at again to see what could have possibly went wrong during my oil change. She scheduled me to see the head mechanic John aka JB to look at my car the very next day. Based on John's inspection, he feels that the leak coincidentally just happened around the time of my oil change due to age of vehicle. In my opinion, that's too much of a high coincidence, so I asked John to get an oil sample of my vehicle sent off to have it checked out to ensure they put the proper oil in my vehicle, and that we would just go from there to see what happens. John agrees it's a good idea, and asks his supervisor Terri in regards to getting an oil sample done. Unfortunately, Terri informs John to inform me that she WILL NOT honor getting an oil sample checked out for my vehicle, and said that I would need to get an oil sample and get it checked out by myself. That response and service coming from the service manager is highly unsatisfying and unacceptable. I gave the staff and company plenty of chances to try to do the right thing on getting this situation resolved. Them not willing to have my oil checked out to see what's causing the problem looks shady and raises a RED FLAG! My vehicle is an ‘05 Toyota with only 70k+ miles on it. For it to leak oil this bad shortly after its annual oil change by Toyota is no coincidence in my opinion. I feel that Toyota of Enterprise are at fault to the damage of my vehicle, and are trying to cover up their mistakes. I have no choice, but to take further action, and seek service and help elsewhere.
