Great Customer Service!
Great customer service! The employees were super friendly and very professional. They took awesome care of my elderly parent's car to make it safer for me to drive them around when I'm in-town. I highly recommend their service department!

My Car Buying Experience at Continental
Our intentions in visiting Continental Toyota dealership was just to check and survey the dealership for brandnew 2018 model Toyota Camry. Because of their vast inventory selections of Toyota Camrys and the good dealer discount we got and the professional attention given to us by Ian Goldberg, we ended up buying the car at this dealership. Bottom line: I'm happy with my car purchase.

Great Customer Service
Very satisfied with this particular dealership. Our first Toyota and I am so glad that we purchase from Continental Toyota! I was recently in for a oil change, tire rotation, and to change some filters. The customer service is outstanding and they are very thorough through the whole process. The waiting accommodations are great. They are very generous and clean! I will definitely be back and recommend this dealership to everyone I know.

Excellent customer service
Brought in my car for oil change and a new key fob to replace the one I recently lost. Service advisor Mark called later to give me an update on my brakes recommending that rear ones be replaced but assured my that front ones had more life. Regarding the key fob, he said that a key had to me precision cut & that he could mail it to me when it as ready. It turns out that he had to send a person on an errand to a place that prepares these keys. He had the key made and it was ready for me when I picked up the car later that afternoon. Thanks to Mark for taking the extra step to solidify us as a Toyota family.

Mistakes happen
I visited and purchased four new tires on Monday. On Wednesday I found out my tires were installed incorrectly. When I came back to correct the issue, Nathan was very apologetic that the mistake occurred and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Without his outstanding customer service I would have been extremely unhappy, but instead I was smiling while I was there.
