An exceptional experience
My experience at Continental Toyota was very memorable. Leo Salazar was an extremely friendly and thorough salesperson.I would definitely recommend Leo to other potential auto buyers. The business manager,Domenic Nanni,did an extraordinary job providing excellent financial assistance. I was truly impressed with everyone at Continental Toyota dealership.

They "sold my car to someone else"
After weeks of searching, I thought I had found a reputable dealership. I saw the vehicle I wanted on their website and inquired. Donna contacted me immediately with a great price offer. She was great. I was a little hesitant on the price because other dealerships had tried to rip me off recently. I talked to Tim Thorn and explained my concerns...that other dealerships had not treated me well. He reassured me they "were a family owned business and were trustworthy." So I told them I would like to buy the car. They required an immediate $500 deposit on my credit card to "secure the vehicle," which I paid immediately. So I called my wife and told her the great news - that we were going to own our new car! She was thrilled! That was Friday. On Monday morning, I received a voicemail from Tim stating, "Due to some miscommunication, we sold your vehicle to another customer." Yea, I was pissed, as you would be too, but here's the part that bothered me the most - when I finally got in touch with Tim...2 hrs later...he didn't seem too bothered to me. He offered to refund the deposit or try to get me another one in MID-FEBRUARY. I could only interpret it as, "Well, we got our money for the car, so who cares if we didn't sell it to you." Again, Donna was great. I'm sorry she missed out on the sale.

Stay Away From these bait and switch jerks!!!!!!!!!
I rented a Toyota Sienna from this dealership for the past 3 years to take our driving vacations. The rate has Always been $267.44, all taxes included, Last October 31st I returned the Sienna and the rental manager Joe Goodson, wanted to charge me an extra $70, even though I had all the rates in writing as to what I had agreed upon for pick up and return at the time of pickup. After a heated argument in the lobby he decided that I was right and agreed to the rate I was quoted. He also agreed to credit us 2 days rental on our next rental. This was probably done to shut me up. Today 1/4/17 my wife and I dropped into Continental Toyota to reserve the Sienna Van for our March vacation. Joe Goodson, rental manager, told us that our rate was $450 per week, without taxes. I asked why and showed him our previous bill for which he just pointed to his posted rates and said that is the rate. I know Joe recognized us and this was his way of screwing us for the argument that we had in October. Next I went to the General Manager Joe Miglio and told him our problem. He walked off to talk with Joe Goodson and came back and called my wife and I into a side office. Joe Miglio said that these were the posted rates and that he did not care about the rates that we were paying the past 3 years, the rate we just paid just 3 months ago or that we were a repeat customer. He indicated that there was nothing he could do. Great problem solver you have there at Continental Toyota!!! After pleading our case with him for about 10 minutes with no resolution, my wife and I got up and walked out. As we were leaving, I told Joe Miglio that I would be writing this negative review. His response was go right ahead....and he whispered something as we walked out the door under his breath. Sure sounded like xxxxxx to me. This is how you treat your REPEAT customers. I will never be back again and suggest no one do business with them unless you like being treated in this manner. Charge one price in October and more than doubled in January!!!

Fun auto shopping
We had a great time shopping for our Highlander. Our sales rep Dean Rio was informative and very low pressure. He helped us find exactly what we wanted. We would definitely recommend Dean and Continental Toyota to our family and friends.

CUSTOMER SERVICE For a RECALL
I arrived around 9 22 am , 12/29/2016 rav4Toyota 2012 for recall, I enter to the service room Saying Hello, Good Morning! I did not know who's the right person to talk to . Well NO ONE answer back ,NO ONE turn their face up , The GIRLS apparently busy", avoid contact . Mister Paul Leonard 9very nice guy )was really busy and try to help saying I will be with you in a moment, he was the only one Professional ". but the girls start talking (chitchat) each other, there we're 4 girls doing nothing really , what a bad experience those girls too young to be working there , you can tell they are there just for the money, not for customer service! at least they could smile at me. check your cameras to see how most of them ignore people when they enter.

Great Experience
Buying a car from Continental Toyota and working with Dean was a great experience. Dean showed us all the options they had for the model we were looking for and worked to get us exactly what we wanted for a price we could afford. Purchased my New Avalon from continental Toyota. Mohammad was my sales man and also interacted with Dominic and Joe. It was a great car buying experience. They were respectful and friendly. Moe was excellent to work with and he went out of his way to ensure I was happy. Mr Miglio was very accommodating and Dominic was thorough in his work. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

As a very satisfied customer, my experience at Continental Toyota was one that I can never forget! I walked in and my sales man, Mohammad Hindi was waiting by the door to help me out. He was very friendly and welcoming, and sat me down at his office, asked me what I was looking for, what my budget was and gave me a list of 4 cars within my budget. We looked at 2 cars and test drove them, and as I test drove the car he was telling me more about Toyota cars and why they are one of the top selling cars! I fell in love with the Toyota instantly, it was a used car but drives brand new! Mohammad was very patient with me through the whole process. I would also like thank to my finance advisor Chris Calada, he worked very hard to bring my interest rate down, and contacted many banks to see what the lowest Apr that I can get. This was my first time purchasing a car from a car dealer, I would recommend Continental Toyota to anyone who is looking to purchase a car. The staff is very friendly and inviting, and truly try to give you the best possible deals that they can on a car that suits your budget and interests. Excellent customer service with Nick G
Went to Toyota looking to buy or lease a new car. This dealership was recommended to me by a family friend familiar with the car business. Nick G was our salesman and he was awesome!
