had car towed in Aug 5th it wouldn't start at home.

had car towed in Aug 5th it wouldn't start at home. was told BY Lisa it had after market tail lights in it & tail lights was not communicating with the brake system. only thing to fix it was to buy an official Honda brand tail lights for 1500 dollars. I ask about the brake system, the sensor etc. nope only thing to fix it was honda tail lights. when they took it off the tow truck driver told me it started so the next morning had it towed back to my house. Monday 9-22-25 had it towed back to jc Honda would not start. Friday 9-19-25 i talked with Carlos the manager over the service dept. told him what had been going on he told me if would get it checked out when the car got there. Monday after he called me & told me it was the brake switch & the part was order & be in Tuesday morning. got my back about 1pm Tuesday. ask him if it was the tail lights he said NO just the brake switch. cost of the part was 25.52 & labor 151.30 total cost was 177.82. a far cry from 1500 tail lights that was not the problem that Lisa keep insist that would fix the problem. not a word from honda. called Honda Corp what a joke. called Jason rhe general manager 5 times since yesterday will not call me back so that shows me something. I will never trust the service dept at Jonhson city Honda ever again. this is my first & last honda i will ever own. Frist & last car i ever buy from Jonhson city honda too. Dont bother calling me now too late. oh the 98 dollar tow bill dont worry about that either I'll take the hit on that one guessing you would screw me outta that too. pathetic

After trying to buy a car closer to home in western NC, I

After trying to buy a car closer to home in western NC, I found exactly what I needed at Johnson City Honda. The whole purchase process what not full of tactics to influence my purchase like happened at other dealers. What a great experience. I highly recommend asking for Tim for your next vehicle.
