Before our service was finished, Monte told us that we
Before our service was finished, Monte told us that we needed brakes and a spark plug change. I told Monte we didn’t have any time to wait that day. When we went to his office to check out, my husband began to sit down and he said you don’t have to seat I have your paperwork. He didn’t have time to go over the estimate for the brakes or spark plugs. Will not attempt to sit at his desk again.

Recently, I was in to have my key fob programmed. There were issues because the fob I had didn’t fit my car. Cooper went out of his way to help me clear up the situation. He was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about how to handle the situation. I was very impressed!

Avoid Lexus of Memphis at All Costs The customer service at Lexus of Memphis is horrendous. The salesman was rude, unprofessional, and the service was completely subpar. I was taken back by such rudeness of the salesman that I failed to ask his name. This left me feeling very awkward during the test drive, we both sat in silence. Whatever questions or concerns I had about the vehicle unfortunately did not get answered. I left frustrated and refused to buy a vehicle. Save yourself the headache—do not go here.
