I bought an suv there today. Salesman said it has new tires. The front tires were close to bald. He tells me "I'll have service put new ones on". He already said they were new. Signed papers, get the car, same worn out tires. Tell him tires are mismatch and worn. Pulls it in to the service area. They look and say "good enough" I spent almost 60k$ on a certified 2025 Toyota and they give me worn out tires and say "good enough " for my wife and kids? Ridiculous really. 60k$ for a car I was told has "NEW" tires. Man up AD. Don't be a typical Salesman.

Ty Wiggins, the financial manager, had exceptional knowledge of the entire process from sales to finalizing paperwork. He made the signing process simple and seamless. I was extremely pleased with both of them! Everyone was pleasant and my experience was enjoyable. This was my first time purchasing a Toyota, and if my car’s performance is nearly as good as my sales experience, I will be back!
