Excellent experience at this dealership! You can't often say that but these folks were great! Our salesman Quinton was spot on and responsive. Highly recommend! Buddy the sales manager was a breath of fresh air. Usually dealership managers are the worst but Buddy broke that stigma. He was a super good guy that knows how to treat folks. Usually the next worse part is the business office/finance folks but I can honestly say Courtney was fantastic! Very friendly, accommodating and also knows how to treat folks. The leadership of this dealer needs to know they have a great team with Quinton, Buddy and Courtney. Not what you expect at a dealer but exactly what you should get! Take care of these folks!

Thank you for sharing your detailed experience with our team at Wolfchase Toyota. We appreciate your recognition of the service you received. Your feedback is valuable to us.
Toyota Service BEWARE!! It is widely recognized that Toyota vehicles are synonymous with quality, reliability, and dependability. Generally, my experience with the dealer servicing my 21’ Highlander has been positive until recently. I have encountered multiple issues with the Wolfchase Service department, particularly concerning the frequency of oil changes. I was informed that they could not perform an oil change because my mileage was insufficient (over 4,500 miles) and that intervals of 5,000 to 10,000 miles were acceptable. I disagreed and questioned whether the service was being conducted properly. I had never observed any issues with the Highlander. However, on March 1st, the vehicle experienced a very difficult start and emitted a rough misfiring engine idle sound. I took the car to Wolfchase since they had handled most of the servicing. Initially, they suggested replacing the battery and coolant. Three days later, I received a call about a coolant leak and engine damage. I then consulted with the assistant service manager about repairing the vehicle and was informed that Toyota might assist with the engine replacement, which would typically cost $8,200, with a potential discount of 25-50%. I waited patiently for over a week, only to receive a call from the service manager stating that no assistance would be provided by Toyota, and his demeanor was condescending and matter-of-fact. Subsequently, I was advised to reach out to Toyota Brand Loyalty myself, which I did without delay. Toyota required an estimate for the repairs, which was eventually provided, but the cost had risen to $9,673. After another two weeks, I learned that no assistance would be forthcoming from Toyota, as the service manager had informed them that corporate intervention was unnecessary for my situation. Ultimately, I required repairs for my car and made a down payment of $2,500 three and a half weeks ago to initiate the work. Two weeks went by without any communication, prompting me to call and hear the usual excuses about delays in parts, a busy schedule, and the technician needing to attend to another customer's vehicle. With each conversation I had with Wolfchase service, the situation seemed to evolve, revealing new issues one by one (coolant leak, head gaskets, oil in the intake, and now debris in the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter). Throughout this process, I received no photographs or tangible evidence of the damage to my car, only notes being recited during phone calls. Although the car is operational, the service engine light illuminated during the test drive and may activate again due to debris in the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter. Why was this not identified during the engine replacement? Additionally, there are varying pricing and discount tiers (20-50%). The service manager concluded that I would only receive a 20% discount, with some additional stipulation that I suspect is forthcoming. I do not have this substantial sum of money for these unforeseen repairs. Why did Toyota not provide assistance in addition to the dealership that performed most of my service? Based on this experience, I personally will NEVER have my vehicle serviced or purchase another vehicle from this dealership or Toyota again!
