One the best experiences I have had buying a vehicle. I traveled an hour and a half to test drive then to pick up my truck. Great price and great customer service. Steven Lay was great. No BS, he gave me the facts and allowed me to decide what I wanted to do. I purchased a truck for my junk removal business. As my business grows I do believe I will be back when the need arises.

The buying experience at Lofton Chevrolet was surreal! I could not believe how well I was treated by everyone especially my sales associate. Allen Miller insured that all my expectations were met to the best of his ability and I got the best possible deal for not only my trade in but the new truck as well. He helped me understand the entire buying process and I truly enjoyed myself and the entire buying experience. I was able to purchase several add on's like steps and wind deflectors through the parts department. Justin did an amazing job helping me select just the right wheel and tire combination as well. Boyd was excellent at getting me the right finance options and a great extended warranty as well. I hope I will always get this service throughout my time as a Chevrolet owner. I wish everyone could get to know Lofton Chevrolet and the wonderful people there. Other dealerships should take note of how personal service can go a long way to a great buying experience.

They had a truck listed I was interested in, unlike most other dealers it even had the price listed. (I usually will not "call for price", if they are ashamed of it, I don't need to know what it is). Unfortunately after emailing them, it was a manual transmission, and I must have an auto, and they didn't have anything else that matched my needs, or I would have driven the 70-something miles to purchase, based on the response I received by email.

I worked out the deal over the phone with one of their top notch salesman (Johnny). I lived 700 miles from them and when I arrived everything was exactly, if not better, than they had promised me over the phone. I received every penny they estimated on my trade and the vehicle I was purchasing was better than I ever imagined. I would buy and will buy from Lofton Chevrolet in Henderson, TN again, no matter where I lived in the country. When I arrived I met the Johnny and we went over the truck. In the process I met everyone, the General Manager, the Sales Manager, Finance Manager and everyone was great. I was in and out within an hour and still had time to share a couple laughs and share a few stories. It truly was awesome. Highly recommend them to all.
