Horrible! Do NOT buy from here! Paid $2,500 cash down on a car. It didn’t get 30 miles up the road! Motor went out in it. Had to have it towed back to the dealership! 4 months later, I still don’t have my car! But yet I’m making payments on it! Won’t call me back, won’t return my texts!!!!

Adrain was very easy to talk with about our car needs. Patient and willing to go the extra mile for us to see every car that fit out needs. Adrain was real knowledgeable of the different vehicles. He knew and pointed out all the functions on the car. Adrain kept the price in our budget. We felt he got us the most for our money. The whole experience was excellent. Everyone was friendly and treated us like family.

Ridiculous!!!!! Homer Skeleton Ford has had my vehicle for over 35 days and only performed 10 hours of service on it. Then when I pick up my vehicle the breaks were not working. Keep in mind, my breaks were not the original problem and worked fine. Only recently, did they give me a loaner vehicle because I complained about the inconvenience. They have drop the ball on a loyal customer. My experience with the people and their work has been less then stellar. There has been no difference between going to the dealership compared to a shade tree mechanic. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

BJ was a straight forward salesman. Very polite and always checked to make sure if we needed. A true man of his word. See BJ for your next car.

BJ is GREAT!! I briefly spoke with the GM, he took time to interact with my grandson. Most others in the office passed by and simply turned their heads. I appreciate the hospitality he showed. BJ worked on my behalf and I truly appreciate him. I never thought I would drive a ford until my daughter bought one.

Austin did an excellent job of taking care of all of my concerns during my trade-in process. He worked with the team and got the value I was looking for and answered all of my questions about the truck I was purchasing in a timely fashion. Highly recommend Austin to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle! Austin quickly verified that the truck I found online was in stock and not already purchased like many online ads are these days. Outstanding service. The purchasing process took slightly longer than expected but was still a painless transaction. Highly recommended!
