If I could give them negative stars I would. Bought a 2021 GMC in 2023, finance dept in Batesville MS was a joke! Check engine light came on 3 weeks later with gas in the oil. Needed a new fuel pump, 35 days they kept my truck, no communication, no loaner vehicle..35 days. Also made us pay for the oil change said it wasn't part of the warranty even tho it had gas in the oil, said the gas would burn off the oil and be fine???? Paid for the oil change out of pocket! Check engine light came back on 2 weeks after picking truck up, took it to another GMC dealer to fix, had to redo all the work Kirk did and fix other issues they missed! Will not ever do business with them again.

Don’t do business with Kirk auto company
Had a truck bought as I thought and was told by the salesman all the paper work drawn up and loan done they talked to lender and already sent them a copy of the title app and buyers sheet all I had to do is come in and sign and write the check I had the 70 thousand deposited into my account and they already cleared it through the loan I tried to put a down payment on it to hold it until I got there a few days later that we agreed on because I was out of town and I was told it was all taken care of that they would just hold it for me! Not one time was I told it could still be taken to there Grenada dealership and sold out from under me or I wouldn’t have got all the paperwork done and loan completed or could have transferred some money to them to hold but was told I didn’t have to! Then I get a call 2 days later letting me know they sold it to someone else when I already had a loan for that truck by vin number and they already knew all this and assured me it was a done deal and it was mine! All I get is an I’m sorry I tried to hold it and couldn’t and was never contacted letting me know it couldn’t be held a couple more days! Then the salesman Cole gave me a bunch of bs on how it was sold out from under me! I would give a negative 10 for greenwood and Grenada kirk dealerships and cannon Kirk don’t even care on how people are done.

Great dealership
Bought a 23 Bronco, Brandon was very helpful and easy to deal with. Went above and beyond overnighting us an extra temporary tag when we were not able to get our registration done in time.

Service Dept. is very unorganized!!
We purchased our vehicle from Kirk Auto in February 2020. At the time our Navigation was not up to date. Our salesman Adam Hamblin was awesome and had the chip ordered immediately to update. It took a year due to supply issues but we finally got it in and He had it installed. At the time, the vehicle was having backup camera issues and parking brake problems. The car was under warranty and parts were ordered. They were supposed to call when the parts came in. They never called, so after a month I called and was told the parts were in and I needed to make appt. First appt. Available another month away. We Show up for our appt. and are told that our car will be taken right back. They get it after waiting an hour. They Bring the car back out and tell us that we are going to have to pay $100 deductible to have the camera ordered because the car is a month or two out of warranty. The parts were already ordered from a previous visit. I told the service manager this and he did some checking and found out the parts were in but nobody could seem to find them. So after another hour of looking for parts they finally got a hold of the parts manager who said he sent them back and they would have to be re-ordered. This is a problem we are two hours away from the dealership and we have been waiting on these parts for around three months to be replaced . The service department doesn’t seem to know what is going on in their service department. They’re very unorganized they should have had our parts ready to be put on our car when we showed up for our appointment at nine and nobody knew anything about what was going on. This is unacceptable! They need some organization. Parts should be pulled before a customer arrives for service. We were there for 2.5 hours today waiting and then left without our car being repaired. Now we are waiting again to get tje parts to repair our vehicle.
