I've seen better service at Rogers Dabbs whenever I leave

I've seen better service at Rogers Dabbs whenever I leave now I have to check behind the mechanics because they are no longer honest, when they mess something up they don't inform you they make you feel like it was already broken and do not take care of their loyal customers.

My experience at dealership was great.

My experience at dealership was great.They call and give updates on cars repair frequency.The dealership was very knowledgeable about what wrong with my vehicle.

The whole experience was so wonderful.

The whole experience was so wonderful. By far the best place to buy a car or truck around. Everyone was great - salesman Terry- mechanic Jason- Ben on finance warranty and manager Mr. Abraham there all rockstars and will make sure your treated well. The whole place was so professional detailed oriented and such a great environment. Keep up the GREAT work everyone.

$1700 later and vehicle still not fixed.

$1700 later and vehicle still not fixed. I?m very disappointed because time is too hard to play guessing games that cost me money. Plus there is no loaners if you have to leave your car.

Beware they represent vehicles on the Internet wrong said

Beware they represent vehicles on the Internet wrong said my truck was a 10 maybe a 5 looks like it has hail damage on the roof parts missing from the underside and the tailgate doesn't work correctly scratches down the sides and a small crack in the windshield.very nice people when they are taking your money but after the sale they just say well you got a good deal. Beware

About a year ago while I was on travel with my work I

About a year ago while I was on travel with my work I asked my wife to take our 2012 Silverado in for routine transmission servicing. The agent refused the service stating that the fluid was burned and the transmission was in very poor condition and required replacement. He told her a new transmission would run anywhere from $6k to $10k. She went home and had two brother-in-laws and a nephew..... all mechanics... check the fluid. They said they could not detect any sign of the fluid being burned. Recently the transmission started showing signs of minor slippage. Checked the fluid level and found it was a bit low. While we were adding fluid we checked the oil pan on the transmission. We found all of the bolts on the front edge of the pan finger tight. All other bolts were fine. Since the attempt at having the transmission serviced a year ago the vehicle may have accumulated 30k miles. It appeared to me and the family mechanics that the bolts were deliberately loosened with the intent of destroying the transmission and forcing the replacement of either the transmission or the truck itself. I bought this vehicle new from this dealership. It will be the last business they get from me.

Dishonest people I will never buy another car from here

Dishonest people I will never buy another car from here again. They sell you pre owned vehicles that fall apart soon after purchase and they won’t fix problems they sold to you.

Steve Graham at Rogers Dabbs Chevrolet was wonderful. He was very attentive to my car buying needs, and gave great advice. He was very patient. This dealership wanted to make the sale but with the terms I was comfortable with. I can prepared with my own financing (which was great) and they were able to beat that.
