Purchased a vehicle from this dealership after waiting

Purchased a vehicle from this dealership after waiting for several weeks for it to arrive. Drove 4 hours to make the purchase. The salesman,Gary, welcomed us at first. We had questions before signing and that’s when Gary’s attitude changed. He became argumentative and annoyed by the questions immediately. He did not let me ask a question before assuming what the question was until I demanded he allow me to ask the question, which was not what he thought it would be. After raised voices, he stepped away and let the sales mgr take over. He directed us to the finance office. That was the best part of our experience at this dealership. Since we were paying for the car and not financing, we were in and out fairly quickly. Well now we’re back with Gary who has to go over the car with us. There was no mistaking that he didn’t want to do this but had to. When he stepped away earlier,he apparently ate some pizza. As he showed us the car, and took it out of dealer mode, he got pizza grease on everything he touched. Both outside and inside the car. We noticed one of the center caps on the hubcap was missing. He didn’t want to do anything about it so we went back in and spoke with the sales manager who said they would have to order it and mail it to us.( It is a brand new vehicle). Well 3-1/2 weeks later and still no cap. Gary told us it was in the mail two times we called. Today we called the parts department who said it was there but they gave it to another customer. So once again Gary lied to us.This is the only experience I have with this dealership and it was poor at best. Gary’s attitude, rudeness and inability to deal with customer questions is a poor reflection on this business!

I had the BEST experience with Tim Patillo.

I had the BEST experience with Tim Patillo. He’s seriously amazing! Such a wonderful guy and amazing to work with. I highly suggest working with him! He got me in the exact car I wanted! Thank you Tim. I’d send my friends and family to him without any hesitation!

Extremely easy buying experience at Toyota of Louisville. They have a great team of friendly people up there. Tim was transparent and easy to work with every step of the way. You could tell he was honest and confident in the product he was selling. Couldn’t be happier with my new 4Runner- thanks so much Tim.
