This would be the 2nd time that I made the over 600 mile

This would be the 2nd time that I made the over 600 mile round trip to buy a vehicle from Bachman Chevrolet. The found the truck I was looking for, offered me a great deal for my trade and made the whole buying process easy and painless.

***If you’re considering purchasing from Bachman

***If you’re considering purchasing from Bachman Chevrolet, this is worth the read!*** I don’t even know where to begin with this review but I’ll start by saying I have bought and traded 15+ vehicles and have never had an experience so UNBELIEVABLY UNBEARABLE. Bachman Chevrolet screwed me so bad I will be trying to recover for years! I have LOST over $10,000 to this company. First, they took my trade in and sold it before I ever even got my vehicle. Then when I finally got it from their shop , I drove it for less than two months before it broke down. It was in and out of their shop ever since for about 5 months and was sitting in their shop for over a total of 2 months straight. During this time I was only offered a loaner vehicle for a few days and then they claimed to not have any. Therefore, I had NOTHING to drive and was forced to rent and borrow vehicles for months after paying them over $17k. After turning it into maintenance 5 times I decided I couldn’t take it anymore and I was gonna get out of this situation. They forced me to pick something on their lot as my ONLY option and I waited a couple weeks before settling for something I hated just to get out of Bachman Chevrolet’s choke hold. I THEN HAD TO FIGHT TOOTH AND NAIL to get them to trade the broken down vehicle that I bought from them for anywhere near the value that I paid for it and finally settled for a $1,000+ loss. I thought I was settling for a reliable vehicle because it had under 50k miles and I spent $27k. However, shortly after buying it I noticed the transmission was starting to slip. I had it for only two weeks before trading it into a better dealership and losing over $10k to Bachman Chevrolet. Taking the second vehicle back to Bachman after everything I’ve been through was simply not an option. I will NEVER return to this dealership and will share my experience with everyone I know. I have truly never been taken advantage of or cried in a dealership so much in my life. I hope no one ever has to experience this amount of stress after spending a pretty penny at a reputable dealer. However, I will give credit where credit is due! Terry Thompson in charge of the used car services was the only part of my experience I liked. I actually felt like he CARED about my well being and wanted to make sure I was safe. He treated me like a person instead of a wallet. I may go as far as to say he treated me like family.

Cody was awesome.

Cody was awesome. He found us the trucks we needed very quickly and let us know every step of the process. When it came time for the truck to be serviced the dealership did an awesome job.

Cody was Amazing!

Cody was Amazing! Thank You Cody, you did a great job, quick and efficient. We love our used GMC Savana 2500. We use it for work, for our daily vehicle, and for camping. It is nice that we have a bed in the back. We added a restroom in the back and a frig in the front. We love the convenience of having the extra space and all of our needs with us on our trips or everyday work van. It will also be large enough to pull our boat.
