Purchased a brand new Nissan 10/9/25.

Purchased a brand new Nissan 10/9/25. Several issues the first couple days. Called to get service and a loaner. Was told none were available they’d call when they had one. Noted I was told when I signed the papers by Eric they “had plenty”. Called back 4 weeks later spoke with the manager. He told me he’d look into it and get back with me ~ never did! Now 6 weeks into owning the car with less than 2000 miles I have several issues I called again today and was told I needed to contact Nissan about the loaner. I was never told this before. As well as being told I wasn’t even on the service schedule. Look elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

Vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely bring my car back to this place.

Efficient and great to work with.

Efficient and great to work with. Waiting room and bathroom were clean. Employees were friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend to associates and friends, whether to purchase or services needed.

Inquired about a car that posted FOR SALE on sun.

Inquired about a car that posted FOR SALE on sun.. called Mon, received a call back asking if I had any questions. Put my offer on the table, got a call back saying they accept it. I was told they were putting the car in the garage to be inspected. Never returned a call on Mon. I call Tuesday and the sales boy wouldn't answer the phone until I asked for a person who wanted to make this deal. Was told the car was on the rack and never heard back. So they will dick you around waiting for a bigger sucker. So no, no sale here. Thank you for wasting my time.

I had a great experience.

I had a great experience. Went in to look at the Chevy Trax and learn more about them. My sales guy Brian Cale, his co worker called him "The Chevy Guy" was great and not at all pushy. He was straight forward about things and if he didn't know the answer he wouldn't feed you a line of xx he would get the answer for you. I left there with a great deal and a great car. Everyone was fantastic to work with. One of the best Chevy dealerships I have ever dealt with.

Chevy Silverado service

I was very pleased with the communications, customer service and workmanship provided during my recent truck service. The estimate and timing given by the service advisor held up. Vehicle drop off and pickup was smooth and efficient. My experience was both positive and timely.

bait and switch - once they get your $$$ forget any

bait and switch - once they get your $$$ forget any future contact from them to make you whole - and beware of the finance guy - without one word he will try to add an additional $3500 to your tab for a warranty you never requested. i should have read reviews before i drove 3 hours to deal with them.
