The place was very clean.

The place was very clean. So far I love the vehicle. Don was very welcoming and explained everything quiet well was very satisfied with his professionalism.

Made a service appointment over the phone as we were on

Made a service appointment over the phone as we were on vacation from out of state. We arrived on time, we were attended to immediately, we went to a nearby restaurant for lunch as our car was serviced. We came back and picked up our car and we were on our merry way. We could not have been more pleased as we had called other locations earlier. One place didn’t even answer the phone, another place said their next appointment was 4 weeks later. We would highly recommend this location for any service needs.

I was unfortunately stranded in Toledo, OH after my alternator unexpectedly died during travel for work. The team diagnosed the issue with my vehicle and even kept it at the dealership for me until I headed back later in the week. Everyone was kind and helpful, and they addressed any and all questions/concerns I had.
