I had only had an oil change however my automobile was inspected and the report found my tires only have 3/10 wear, and will be rotated in Jan 2016 and at that time both the cabin and engine filters will be reinspected and probably changed.

Great Service Department

I had to have two new keys programmed for a 2012 Subaru Forester. The keys were delivered in two weeks from Subaru as promised. The service department opened at 7 AM as scheduled. The reprogramming was done quickly and in addition, the car received a courtesy wash and free inspection. I was very satisfied with the visit.

Vw service

I have loved ganley vw - the entire experience from the day I purchased my Jetta thru all the service. My partner just purchased a 2014 Jetta thru ganley and so did one of my friends due to the great experience.

They did not want my business

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my frustrations with a recent experience I had at Ganley Westside Imports. Over the past few weeks my wife and I built a good relationship with the salesman Billy and took a few cars for a test drive. We finally found a car that we were ready to purchase and sat down to negotiate the price. When the sales manager Mike came out to close the deal the whole mood changed. He was very rude. My wife and I agreed we had reached our limit, and Mike would not budge. So we decided to walk out. I understand that we could not agree on a price. But the way Mike handled it was unprofessional. I was honest, polite, and straightforward. Mike was condescending, rude, and talked down to us. Instead of politely refusing our offer Mike treated us as if we did not belong, like our business was not welcome there. Our experience could have been great at Ganley Westside Imports. Unfortunately, after our short interaction with sales manager Mike you have lost potential customers. You could have built a great relationship with my wife and I, but you turned us the other way. I am buying a car for my wife and was thinking of trading in and purchasing a car for myself as well. Additionally my wife's parents need a car soon. That is four potential customers that will not be giving you any business. I am positive all four of us will be telling our friends and family not to go to Ganley Westside Imports. Who knows how many potential customers you actually just chased out the door. After our experience today I will be taking my business elsewhere. I will not be returning to Ganley Westside Imports and I will be telling my friends and family the same. Sincerely, Ken Reichle
