Five star reviews need five star service unfortunately

Five star reviews need five star service unfortunately this was not the case. The sales experience was arduous and painful. After two trips into The dealership it was suggested that I come back in and make my offer in person. Mind you we were not that far away on Price initially. I was led to believe that me making the 40 minute trip in for the third time would result them excepting a counter offer. Not so. I showed up with cash and increased my offer. If anybody was interested in specifics of numbers, I would happily discuss. Against my better judgment after nearly a week of follow-up calls and text and then I?m not willing to negotiate on price, against my better judgment, I chose to go ahead with the purchase. Knowing I was a cash buyer appointment with set to sign paperwork several hours in advance. upon arriving to the dealership I inquired of my salesman if the vehicle was washed and fueled up. In a very dismissive matter, he glanced at the fuel gauge and said there?s plenty of fuel. Although not from this dealership, I have purchased three brand new trucks in the last three years from Ganley And never have bought a vehicle without a full tank of fuel. It took nearly 4 hours to get paperwork signed and vehicle cleaned to deliver after arriving with an appointment sent several hours prior to arrival. The entire process was extremely stressful everything you hate about dealerships and car shopping.

Tim was a great communicator.

Tim was a great communicator. He told me what was needed to keep my car in the best running condition. Did not have to wait long. Tim explained the billing! Good job!

Very good, helpful people, easy to get appointment and

Very good, helpful people, easy to get appointment and helpful with setting up the recall handled by Paul. Service is great. Car repair done very well. One suggestion, if a customer is waiting longer than the quoted time, a follow up every hour would be good.
